So I'm in my 2nd week now and so far its been a sllllllllllllooooowwwwww transtition. All my fault really. Right? No one is standing in my way or forcing me to eat bad things or not exercise, the blame is on me. Which of course sucks, don't we all like to blame someone else for our failures? Well ok that is a bit harsh, I would call my speed a complete failure. The very fact that I have this blog has made me rethink many food choices because I have to realize that my eating choices will be written about. Yes I could lie and say I ate salads all week and exercised every day but what would be the point of all of this if I just lied?
Sleep is winning the exercise war....My exercise plan was to get up at 6 and workout for 30 mins. I was going to start that yesterday.....it didn't happy. I decided to sleep another 30 mins instead. It was blissful. :) We all need our sleep right? I would say beauty sleep but lets face it this body is not beautiful...LOL...
So! I resolve to work out when I get home tonight.....I hope I can stick with it.
Last nights dinner - $3.63 worth of Taco Bell - less than what my usual order is...portion control people...and didn't get a drink (that would have been filled with surgar)
Breakfast - cereal (frosted mini wheats), i should have grabbed that yogurt but alas I forgot it...
