Its Labor Day weekend! Yaaa!! Who doesn't enjoy a three day weekend?! Breakfast was good - homemade egg sandwhich and a Yoplait yogurt. I'm now pondering the rest of my day - my plans, etc. I'm meeting friends at 1 to go to the 4th Street Artist Fair which I havent attended in years. So I guess that will get my walking (exercise) in. I've yet to get to that part of my weight loss plan...you know, the other half of this ordeal....exercising. Yes I know, shame on me. Must get on that . I actually have quite a laundry list of things to do around the house. Serious cleaning and some alumni communications work to be done. If I actually do that cleaning (WHICH I MUST DO!!) that should prove to be quite the exercise due to the type of cleaning (vacuming, cleaning the base boards, mopping, puttng or throwing away. Its September now and I have two months untl a family friend's wedding. While I realize I won't be at all close to my ideal weight, I do hope I have lost so...
